GLUTEN intolerance affects 6% of the USA 🇺🇸 population whereas Celiac (genetic, autoimmune) disease affects 1%. When gluten intolerance is suspected (there is no test) just avoid gluten, which can develop later in life! Wheat 🌾 , barley, rye etc contain gluten but RICE 🍚 is gluten free!
